Tasting Notes
Bitter, citrusy, and bright.
Our signature profile is complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro - we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.
Our Magic Formula
1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.

I have tried a few Apertifs from other companies and Ghia is by far the best tasting and most versatile! It hit all the notes for me. Healthy ingredients, low calorie and great tasting.

I liked the original aperitif better than the recent options. Less sugar is important to me in a beverage. Also, I REALLY wish you’d bring back the mini sized bottles. More practical for a small household and to offer as introductory gifts. I find the larger bottles expire after opening before I can finish them.
