Ghia Cranberry Fizz

Gather:

  • 4 oz Ghia Original Apéritif
  • 1 oz cranberry simple syrup
  • 8 oz bubbles (Topo Chico preferred)
  • 1 oz of heavy whipping cream

Cranberry Simple Syrup:

  • 1 ½ oz cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup sugar

 

Create:

In a shaker, add one big ice cube, your cranberry simple syrup and your Ghia Original Apéritif. Shake for a minute, or two – you want to create as much froth as possible! Pour in a chilled glass, and top with your choice of bubbles.

Add a dash of heavy whipping cream to the shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Top with your whipped cream, and cranberries for garnish. Enjoy!
