Ghia Colada


“A delicious tropical riff on a pina colada. Combining fresh coconut's magical properties and Ghia's potent nervines will enhance your mind and body, while delivering an exciting taste experience you can share with your friends.” Arley Marks, Honey's, Brooklyn 


  • 2 oz Ghia
  • 3 oz homemade coconut milk
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • .5 oz raw wildflower honey syrup
  • .25 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 dashes angostura bitters
  • Pineapple leaves, dried coconut and edible flowers for garnish


Mix ingredients together in a shaking tin and aggressively dry shake (without ice) to get a nice froth. Pour over ice in a tall collins glass, garnish with pineapple leaves, dried coconut, and dried edible flowers and enjoy!
