Ghia Colada
GHIA COCONUT

Gather
- 2 oz Ghia
- 3 oz homemade coconut milk
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz raw wildflower honey syrup
- .25 oz fresh lime juice
- 4 dashes angostura bitters
- Pineapple leaves, dried coconut and edible flowers for garnish
Create
Mix ingredients together in a shaking tin and aggressively dry shake (without ice) to get a nice froth. Pour over ice in a tall collins glass, garnish with pineapple leaves, dried coconut, and dried edible flowers and enjoy!
