Ghia Honey Deuce

Gather:

  • 1 oz Ghia Original Apéritif
  • 3 oz Fresh Lemonade
  • 1⁄2 oz Raspberry simple syrup
  • 2 Honeydew balls

For raspberry simple syrup:

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

 

Create:

Start with your simple syrup. Add raspberries, water and sugar to a pan, and bring to a

boil. Once the raspberries and sugar have dissolved, cool, and strain through a fine mesh

strainer. Place in the fridge.


Add ice to a glass, and pour your Ghia Apéritif, lemonade, and raspberry simple syrup.

Give it a stir.


Using a melon ball scoop, scoop 2 balls from fresh honeydew. Add to a cocktail skewer,

and top your drink. Cheers!
