Your Main Squeeze
Ghia CitronOur take on the Limoncello - but more mellow. Herbaceous, with citrus high notes.
Gather
- 1.5 oz Ghia
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .25 oz agave syrup
- 2 oz flat or sparkling water
- 1 lemon wedge
- Fresh sage leaf or sprig of tarragon
Create
Pour 1.5 oz Ghia and mix in .5 oz fresh lemon juice .25 oz agave syrup. Stir gently. Add in a 2 oz splash of flat or sparkling water. Serve in highball glass on the rocks. Garnish with fresh lemon wedge and sage leaf. Tarragon would be fun too!
