Ghia Carajillo

Original Aperitif

Gather:

  • 4 oz Ghia Original Apéritif
  • 4 oz Cold brew coffee
  • Dash of cinnamon

 

Create:

Place your glassware of choice in the freezer at least 1 hour before serving. In a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice, 4 oz of Ghia Original Apéritif, and 4 oz of cold brew, then shake.

In your chilled glass, pour your mixture. Scoop any remaining froth out, and smooth on top. Add a few dashes of cinnamon, garnish with orange, and enjoy!
