- 2 oz Ghia
- .25 oz olive brine
- 1 castelvetrano olive
- A dusting of fresh black pepper
Pour 2 oz Ghia and .25 oz olive brine into a rocks glass. Serve with 1 large ice cube and simply garnish with Castelvetrano olive and light dusting of fresh black pepper.
