Tasting Notes
Le Fizz: Gently effervescent with a smooth mouthfeel. A touch sweet, refreshingly tart, and dry at the finish. Zesty, juicy and bright, led by strawberry and orange blossom notes.
Original Apéritif: Bitter, citrusy, and bright. Hints of yuzu and florals. Fresh and satisfyingly bitter, it tastes like summer on the rocks.
Berry Apéritif: Bold, juicy, and tart. Real strawberry juice, fermented jasmine green tea, and black current juice offer both slightly sweet and dry expressions that linger on the tongue, and create a tannic mouthfeel.
How To Enjoy
Sip Le Fizz in a chilled glass with salty bites during aperitivo hour, or to complement your favorite meal. Bubbles included, so no mixing required.
For your first sip of our Aperitif, we recommend our Magic Spritz Formula: 1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.

I love Ghia and can truly say it’s my favorite NA beverage out there. I try others from time to time but Ghia remains my favorite. This bundle is great, we usually look at the original and berry as our “every day” bottles to pull from and keep le fizz to bring out for entertaining or a special occasion.
