A Night at the Spritz

Original Aperitif

Pure Ghia. Unexpected. Complex, bitter and refreshing. Our founder’s fav.

 

Gather:

  • 2 oz Ghia
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • A sprig of rosemary
  • The zest of one orange

Create:

Mix 2 oz Ghia and 3 oz sparkling water, stir gently. Serve in a wine glass on the rocks and garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and bright orange zest.
