I Love YuzuGHIA YUZU
“Made this drink because I love the refreshing taste and smell of yuzu.” Klancy Miller
- 2 oz Ghia
- .5 oz simple syrup
- .5 oz yuzu juice
- 1.5 oz sparkling water
- Yuzu or shiso leaf for garnish
Mix Ghia with yuzu juice and simple syrup. Add a splash of sparkling water in a low ball glass. Stir and serve on the rocks with a yuzu leaf as garnish.
