She Bites

Original Aperitif

Ginger forward. Round, complex. A kiss of citrus and a hi kick of ginger. She bites, but you’ll like it.

 

Gather:

  • 2 oz Ghia
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Grated lime zest

Create:

Pour 2 oz Ghia and mix with 2 oz ginger beer. Stir gently add a splash of sparkling water.  Serve in highball glass on the rocks and garnish with a fresh squeezed lime wedge. Finish with dusting of grated lime zest.
