Bold, juicy, and tart.

Real strawberry juice, fermented jasmine green tea, and black currant juice offer both slightly sweet and dry expressions that linger on the tongue, and create a tannic mouthfeel.

1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.

We love mixing with Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu, a squeeze of lime, and lots of ice.

What exactly is an Aperitif?

Born on the coasts of France and Italy, the classic Apéritif is a bold combination of botanicals that kickstart the appetite and the conversation.

Always spirits free

We took out the booze and the fake stuff… but we kept in all the attitude. Our pure ingredients, a biting combination of botanical extracts — no alcohol.

it's not a mocktail, it's ghia

Dry, grown-up drinks that are bright, juicy and a tiny bit bitter at the end like an Italian spritz.

    We’re obsessed

Two of us in recovery in the household are obsessed with our new discovery of Ghia. We were given a bottle over the holidays and loved the taste. Before the bottle was gone we purchased a subscription and are loving it!

    Just in time

We've just returned from a trip to New Orleans, which is where we first encountered Ghia (in a no-alcohol cocktail). Not surprisingly, it seems like a good time to return to enjoying this, my favorite apertif of all time, as we slowly recover from an overindulgent week. Love Ghia!!
