Original Aperitif

Elderflower forward and pretty. Petal strewn, but full of zest.

 

Gather:

  • 1.5 oz Ghia
  • 1.5 oz elderflower tonic
  • Serve in low ball on the rocks
  • Garnish: grapefruit zest (lemon zest will also do)

Create:

Pour 1.5 oz Ghia and mix with 1.5 oz elderflower tonic. Serve in lowball glass on the rocks. Garnish with the zest of fresh grapefruit or lemon -  dealer’s choice.
