Our signature profile is complex and both bright and bitter, akin to an Italian amaro - we like to say it tastes like summer on the rocks. Sweet on the intake, with a fresh kick of Japanese yuzu, and the invigorating notes of lemon balm, orange and rosemary extract, with a slightly bitter and savory finish.

1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.

Is there Really No Alcohol?
Nope. There’s really no alcohol. Nothing to numb the night. Or daze the day. Instead, our natural ingredients work together to chill you out and pick you up. Ghia wants you to feel good.
How Much Sugar Does Ghia Contain?
The Apéritif contains just 3 grams of sugar per serving. It's the good type of sugar from fruits like grapes and dates! No added sugars or artificial stuff.
Do I Need to refrigerate my bottle? How Long does it Keep once Opened?
Just like an aperitivo, Ghia can be kept on your bar cart. Once opened, it's good to consume within 3 weeks. Refrigeration is not required, but we do prefer it for the longest-lasting taste! If you have an unopened Ghia, you can display it in a cool dry place and consume it by the Best By the date listed on the bottle.
How Should I drink Ghia?
In a pretty glass. The Apéritif (read: the bottle) is a concentrate that needs to be mixed — our go-to is 1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of choice, but our recipe book has more than 25 delicious recipes to help you sip.
Is Ghia safe to drink during Pregnancy?
Ghia was designed for everyone - we made custom extracts with 0% alcohol content specifically for this purpose. A lot of our customers are expecting. However, we always advise women who are expecting or people with a medical condition to consult with their doctors before consuming any product at all.

Let me start by saying that I’m a cocktail person, and I normally avoid sweet drinks. I request my old fashions to be less sweet, same for my lattes. I’m about acidity and balance and tasting the liquor or herbals. I tried this on a whim recently, as I was looking for NA cocktail alternatives. I got the cans, then ordered this concentrate (it is the same, just undiluted and needs sparkling water added). I was initially hesitant reading the label as grape juice was one of the first ingredients. Buuuut - HOLY COW - I was shook at how delicious this is. I do not taste utter sweetness and even grapes for that matter. The bitterness is perfect, and this truly tastes like a cocktail I would order out. I immediately recommended it to my friend who is a big fan of apertifs. I strongly recommend you give Ghia a try. I honestly wish it came in even bigger bottles! 👏👏
