- 3⁄4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 3⁄4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 egg white
- Ice (for shaking)
- Lemon peel (for garnish)
Create:
- Fill a shaker with ice. Add the Ghia Aperitif, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and egg white.
- Shake well for 30 seconds, until chilled and frothy.
- Strain into a glass, and garnish with a twisted lemon peel. Enjoy!
