Ghia Paper Plane

Original Aperitif

Gather:

  • 11⁄2 oz Ghia Aperitif
  • 3⁄4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3⁄4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice (for shaking)
  • Lemon peel (for garnish)

Create:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice. Add the Ghia Aperitif, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and egg white.
  2. Shake well for 30 seconds, until chilled and frothy.
  3. Strain into a glass, and garnish with a twisted lemon peel. Enjoy!
