WHAT IS AN APÉRITIF?
Born on the coasts of France and Italy, the classic Apéritif is a bold combination of botanicals that kickstart the appetite and the conversation. Light and dry, an apéritif is perfect for slow-sipping and fast-talking, a drink that takes friends from sunset to sunrise.

We took out the booze and the fake stuff… but we kept in all the attitude. Our pure ingredients, a biting combination of botanical extracts — no alcohol — are powerful enough to bring out the best version of you without numbing the night (or the next morning).

Our magic formula? 1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles. We like to keep it simple with Topo Chico, tonic, or even kombucha. We’ve spent countless hours mixing and remixing to get the right balance of taste + effect without adding any nasties or artificial flavors. You’ll feel the spark and taste the bite.

Our formula is now 46% more concentrated. A little Ghia now - goes a long, long way. Our bottle now contains ~17 servings, only the price didn’t change.

FAREWELL FIG!
We loved the sweet touch of fig, but it added cloudiness and sediment to our apéritif. We wanted better clarity, and less pasteurization to keep the extracts (and the color) as pure as possible, so we bid the fig a fond farewell.

MORE TO SAVOR
To maintain the balance of our drink, we added a touch of date, plum and rhubarb root. The new formula is slightly sweeter, and a touch less bitter, with a smoother, more complex palate. We're biased, but we think it's better and more versatile than ever.

JUST FOR US: CUSTOM EXTRACTS
We couldn’t find extracts we loved, so we decided to make our own. Your ginger, orange, and rosemary are now made in house, using a novel and proprietary process that pulls out the flavor compounds of the raw ingredient in the gentlest way, and keeps them as intact as possible.

NEW DESIGN, LESS IMPACT
We've been dreaming of a bottle of our own since day 1, so we're excited to reveal the custom Ghia glass bottle. Designed by Willo Perron and Brian Roettinger, our friends in creation since the beginning.

100% RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE
We believe that with scale comes big responsibility, so we revamped our packaging to not use any virgin material or bleach - all of our boxes are now 100% recycled, 100% recyclable, and 100% beautiful.

I absolutely love Ghia. I used to be a huge cocktail person, but since finding this I reach for a Ghia with a little ginger beer instead- it has really helped me cut down on alcohol. Ghia is by far the best non-alcoholic apertif I've tried, and I've tried quite a few. They either taste like juice or they're downright gross. But not Ghia!

In my opinion, Ghia with seltzer, sliced fruit, and crushed ice is one of the best ways to end the day. It is absolutely delicious! I've made many of my friends and family members try it, and they agree. There's just something about it!
