A Berry, Berry Hot Toddy

Berry Aperitif

Gather:

  • 1/4 apple cut into cubes
  • 1/4 apple cut into slices
  • 4 allspice berries
  • 3 oz boiling water
  • 1 oz Berry Apéritif 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey
  • Garnish with a fan of apple slices on a pick

Create:

Pre-heat cups with near-boiling water, pour out after cup is heated. Combine apple cubes lightly ground allspice berries in sachet or tea strainer. Steep apple & allspice blend in with fresh boiling water, remove after 2-3 minutes. Add Ghia Berry Apéritif and honey. Garnish with fan of apple slices on cocktail pick
