Berry Apéritif
Gather
- 1/4 apple cut into cubes
- 1/4 apple cut into slices
- 4 allspice berries
- 3 oz boiling water
- 1 oz Berry Apéritif
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- Garnish with a fan of apple slices on a pick
Create
Pre-heat cups with near-boiling water, pour out after cup is heated. Combine apple cubes lightly ground allspice berries in sachet or tea strainer. Steep apple & allspice blend in with fresh boiling water, remove after 2-3 minutes. Add Ghia Berry Apéritif and honey. Garnish with fan of apple slices on cocktail pick
