Hollywood Super Star-Anise

Berry Apéritif

Gather

• 2 thin wedges of sliced orange
• 1 ½ oz Ghia Berry Apéritif
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz Simple syrup
• ½ oz Star Anise tisane (ideally allowed to cool to room temperature)
• Pinch or ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
• ¾ soda water
• Garnish with orange wedge and star anise pod

Create

Muddle or squeeze thin wedges of sliced orange into a shaker tin. Add Ghia Berry Apéritif, lemon juice, simple syrup, star anise tisane, and sea salt. Shake and strain into a collins glass. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge and star anise pod.
