I Love Yuzu

Original Aperitif

“Made this drink because I love the refreshing taste and smell of yuzu.” - Klancy Miller 

 

Gather:

  • 2 oz Ghia
  • .5 oz simple syrup
  • .5 oz yuzu juice 
  • 1.5 oz sparkling water
  • Yuzu or shiso leaf for garnish

Create:

Mix Ghia with yuzu juice and simple syrup. Add a splash of sparkling water in a low ball glass. Stir and serve on the rocks with a yuzu leaf as garnish.
