Ghia Mortadella Sandwich

Gather:

  • Fresh slab of focaccia
  • Fresh burrata
  • Mortadella with pistachios (sliced)
  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • For the Olive tapenade: 1 cup Castelvetrano pitted green olives, 1⁄4 cup of olive oil, half a lemon for juice

Create:

  1. In a blender, add olives, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Blend.
  2. Slice your focaccia, add the tapenade, burrata, tomatoes, and mortadella. Top with olive oil, and extra flake salt. Enjoy!
