What exactly is an Apéritif?
Born on the coasts of France and Italy, the classic Apéritif is a bold combination of botanicals that kickstart the appetite and the conversation. Light and dry, an aperitif is perfect for slow-sipping and fast-talking, a drink that takes friends from sunset to sunrise.

Our magic ingredient? Potent extracts of natural nervines - herbs known to soothe the mind, bringing the body back from burnout. We’ve spent countless hours mixing and remixing to get the right balance of taste + effect without adding any nasties. You’ll feel the spark and taste the bite.

Our formula is now 46% more concentrated. A little Ghia now - goes a long, long way. Our bottle now contains ~17 servings, only the price didn’t change.

FAREWELL FIG!
We loved the sweet touch of fig, but it added cloudiness and sediment to our apéritif. We wanted better clarity, and less pasteurization to keep the extracts (and the color) as pure as possible, so we bid the fig a fond farewell.

MORE TO SAVOR
To maintain the balance of our drink, we added a touch of date, plum and rhubarb root. The new formula is slightly sweeter, and a touch less bitter, with a smoother, more complex palate. We're biased, but we think it's better and more versatile than ever.

JUST FOR US: CUSTOM EXTRACTS
We couldn’t find extracts we loved, so we decided to make our own. Your ginger, orange, and rosemary are now made in house, using a novel and proprietary process that pulls out the flavor compounds of the raw ingredient in the gentlest way, and keeps them as intact as possible.

We've been dreaming of a bottle of our own since day 1, so we're excited to reveal the custom Ghia glass bottle. Designed by Willo Perron and Brian Roettinger, our friends in creation since the beginning.

We believe that with scale comes big responsibility, so we revamped our packaging to not use any virgin material or bleach - all of our boxes are now 100% recycled, 100% recyclable, and 100% beautiful.
