I've never been much of a drinker and only really enjoy a glass of nice red wine every once in a while, and this is exactly what I've always wanted. I hate the idea of mocktails generally as they're always just empty calories and give you a sugar crash, but this is light, refreshing, and so tasty.

Perfect replacement for a cocktail!

I’m a subscriber because I love that this is so flavorful without being sweet. I add it to a glass of half water and half fruit juice, and a little goes a long way. It is the perfect way to end the day with a treat that needn’t be intoxicating but can simply be delicious and special, because it’s finally time to relax, not zone out.

I have been drinking Ghia now for several years when I cut back on alcohol during the pandemic. Of all NA spirits, I think amaros/bitters are the best as their flavor doesnt usually rely on the alcohol itself (same reason why IPAs make the best NA beers). For many years, my go-to cocktail was Ghia and kombucha (try it!) and recently I discovered that Ghia and (diet) tonic is also really good, so have been enjoying that this summer.

I mix original Ghia with sugar-free tonic on ice and add a squeeze of lime. It's a refreshing and relaxing way to start my weekend.
