Tasting Notes
Bold, juicy, and tart.
Real strawberry juice, fermented jasmine green tea, and black currant juice offer both slightly sweet and dry expressions that linger on the tongue, and create a tannic mouthfeel.
Our Magic Formula
1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.
We love mixing with Fever Tree Lime & Yuzu, a squeeze of lime, and lots of ice.
Ingredients
Water, Strawberry Juice from Concentrate, Black Currant Juice from Concentrate, Date Concentrate, Chamomile Tea (water, extract), Lapsang Souchong Tea (water, extract), Gentian Root Extract, Acacia, Cardamom Extract, Honeysuckle Extract, Orange Peel Extract, Holy Basil Extract, Clove Extract, Orris Root Extract, Hibiscus Extract, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Orange Blossom Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Rosemary Extract
Servings
A little Ghia now - goes a long, long way. Our bottle is 500ml (16.9 fl oz) and contains 17 servings.
Our first foray into non-bitter drinks. Bold, juicy, and tantalizingly tart, it moves with you through the night. Like a drive through Sienna at Sunset, our newest aperitif will take you for a ride.

Obsessed!
This drink is my new favorite obsession! It’s super crisp with the perfect bitter kick, and it seriously feels like a treat every time I make it. I can’t recommend it enough!
4 Stars
Great mixing aperitif
Berry Aperitif
I'm giving 4 stars for the complexity, however, I found the Berry flavor profile to have a smokiness akin to Mezcal that I don't personally like. I'm still looking for a mixer that will balance the flavors to my liking. Love love the original aperitif.
1 Star
Good idea but the smell and taste of tomato comes through STRONG for me. Definitely not enough berry.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there really no alcohol?
Nope. There’s really no alcohol. Nothing to numb the night. Or daze the day. Instead, our natural ingredients work together to chill you out and pick you up. Ghia wants you to feel good.
How much sugar does Ghia contain?
The Apéritif contains just 3 grams of sugar per serving. It's the good type of sugar from fruits like grapes and dates! No added sugars or artificial stuff.
Do I need to refrigerate my bottle? How long does it keep once opened?
Just like an aperitivo, Ghia can be kept on your bar cart. Once opened, it's good to consume within 3 weeks. Refrigeration is not required, but we do prefer it for the longest-lasting taste! If you have an unopened Ghia, you can display it in a cool dry place and consume it by the Best By the date listed on the bottle.
How should I drink Ghia?
In a pretty glass. The Apéritif (read: the bottle) is a concentrate that needs to be mixed — our go-to is 1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of choice, but our recipe book has more than 25 delicious recipes to help you sip.
Is Ghia safe to drink during pregnancy?
Ghia was designed for everyone - we made custom extracts with 0% alcohol content specifically for this purpose. A lot of our customers are expecting. However, we always advise women who are expecting or people with a medical condition to consult with their doctors before consuming any product at all.
