Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place a bulk gifting order?
You can place group orders very easily using our group gifting platform found here. Send gifts to 5 or 500 recipients in a single checkout. No spreadsheets. No stress.
Have a specific budget or a wild idea? Our gifting concierge is here for you at holiday@drinkghia.com.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
Absolutely. During checkout, you'll find a gift note option where you can add a personalized note for $1. We'll include it as a printed card with your package— no packing slip with prices.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Select products like our Cocktail Box and Sweet Tin arrive ready to gift—no wrapping necessary. Sending individual bottles or bundles? Add a personalized note at checkout for direct shipments, or grab one of our holiday gift tags if you prefer the charm of a handwritten message.
What if I need to change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us at hi@drinkghia.com as soon as possible with your order number and updated address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make the change. If it's already en route, unfortunately we can't make any promises once it's in the courier's hands.
