Hints of yuzu and florals. Fresh and satisfyingly bitter, it tastes like summer on the rocks.
Berry Apéritif: Bold, juicy, and tart. Real strawberry juice, fermented jasmine green tea, and black current juice offer both slightly sweet and dry expressions that linger on the tongue, and create a tannic mouthfeel.

1 part Ghia, 3 parts bubbles of your choice. Try sparkling water, tonic, or even kombucha.
