The strawberry in this drink definitely hit my palette first. It’s sweeter than the other Ghia products, but still has that bitterness and interesting element that keeps you sipping slow.

Berry aperitif in spritz format! Dry and fruity, the bubbles have a soft creamy mouthfeel, and almost reminds me of a juicy Lambrusco. Great with food / for a dinner party.

It is a little too bitter for me without adjustment. I add a squeeze of fresh orange wedge and some orange bitters, along with a little pinch of sugar. That cuts the bitterness. With those adjustments it is just wonderful!
